These Terms govern your use of MyTradeEdge (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”) and related services at autotrading.mytradeedge.com and mytradeedge.com. By creating an account or connecting a broker, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Platform Does

MyTradeEdge is an automation layer between your signal sources (TradingView webhooks, Bookmap, custom scripts) and your futures broker accounts (Rithmic, DXtrade / TradersLaunch, Tradovate). When a signal matches a strategy you configure, the Platform forwards it as an order to the broker account(s) you subscribe to that strategy.

We are not a broker, not a registered investment adviser, and not a financial planner. We do not custody funds, do not execute trades ourselves, and do not provide trading recommendations.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction
  • You must own (or have written authorization to trade) every broker account you connect
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account, including API keys and OAuth tokens you authorize
  • Keep your login credentials confidential; notify us immediately if compromised

3. Broker Connections

You authorize the Platform to read account state, place orders, and cancel orders on broker accounts you explicitly connect. You can disconnect any broker at any time from your dashboard; doing so revokes our ability to act on that account.

You are responsible for verifying that each signal, strategy, and subscription is configured correctly before enabling live trading. The Platform provides a simulator mode for testing.

4. No Warranty, No Guarantee

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We disclaim all warranties including:

  • That signals will be delivered, executed, or filled at a particular price
  • That the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available 24/7
  • That broker APIs (Rithmic, Tradovate, DXtrade) will be available or behave consistently
  • That any strategy, past or future, will be profitable

You bear 100% of the risk of trading outcomes. The Platform executes what you tell it to execute; it does not decide what to trade.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lower. We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits, missed trades, slippage, or indirect damages
  • Broker-side outages, rejections, or mis-executions
  • Signal-source errors (bad webhooks, stale data, Pine Script bugs)
  • Third-party service failures (Contabo, internet, Cloudflare, etc.)

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Connect a broker account you do not personally own or control
  • Share your account or API webhook URL with others
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Platform
  • Use the Platform for market manipulation, spoofing, or any illegal activity
  • Automate scraping of the dashboard or API beyond your normal usage
  • Exceed reasonable usage (e.g., sustained >100 signals/second from a single webhook)

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach (fraud, prohibited use, regulatory concerns) or for non-payment. Upon termination we revoke all broker tokens and stop order flow. You remain responsible for any positions open at your brokers — we do not flatten accounts automatically on termination unless you request it.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Pricing and subscription terms are published at mytradeedge.com and in your dashboard. Fees are paid in advance. We do not refund partial or unused periods. Cancel any time from the dashboard; your subscription runs through the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice (at least 7 days for anything that impacts live trading). We may update these Terms; material changes are posted at this URL and emailed to active users.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless MyTradeEdge and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, including your trading decisions, your broker activity, and your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute not resolved by good-faith discussion (30 days) will be submitted to binding arbitration. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class action. Limitations period: two (2) years from the event giving rise to the claim.
